Es su responsabilidad verificar la cobertura con su proveedor de seguros o EPS. Podemos proporcionar documentaci\u00f3n para presentaci\u00f3n a su compa\u00f1\u00eda de seguros para posible reembolso, pero no garantizamos cobertura o reembolso.<\/p>\n<p class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">Most regenerative medicine and wellness services are not covered by the Colombian health system (EPS). It is your responsibility to verify coverage with your insurance provider or EPS. However, if you are unable to complete your package due to medical contraindications determined by our practitioners, we may provide a partial refund or credit at our discretion.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"text-lg font-bold text-text-100 mt-1 -mb-1.5\">8.3 Reembolsos de Productos \/ Product Refunds<\/h3>\n<p class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">Los suplementos, productos o art\u00edculos minoristas sin abrir pueden devolverse dentro de los 5 d\u00edas h\u00e1biles de la compra para un reembolso, de conformidad con la Ley 1480 de 2011.
